CHURCH STREET’S IN-PERSON WORSHIP RELAUNCH PLAN

REQUIREMENTS:

Masks must be worn. If someone does not have a mask, we will provide one. Social/Physical Distancing will continue to be maintained in seating arrangements for those not from the same household. We will dismiss by rows/pews. Hand sanitizing will still be practiced. Anyone with a temperature above 1000F and/or who has knowingly been directly exposed to someone with COVID-19, should not enter the building. Church Street’s ‘SOFT’ Worship-Only Openings in July 2021:

• Second Sunday, July 11th: Ministers & Elders with their Spouses can attend.

• Third Sunday, July 18th: Ministers, Elders, & Deacons with their Spouses can attend.

• Fourth Sunday, July 25th: Ministers, Elders, Deacons, & Mothers with their Spouses can attend.

SPECIAL NOTES:

• Ushers are needed each Sunday.

• Greeters are needed each Sunday.

• Security is needed each Sunday.

First Sunday in August, August 1st, 2021

• Church Street’s corporate “IN-PERSON” Worship begins for all who wish to attend.

Sunday School, Bible Study, and other small group meetings will remain in virtual settings, until further notification.

Until otherwise announced…

• NO printed bulletins will be made available. We will project what’s needed on the monitors.

• NO pew hymnals will be made available. We will project lyrics on the monitors. Full-throated congregational singing is discouraged. A small group from each choir will continue to sing each Sunday.

• NO pew bibles will be made available. BYOB (Bring Your Own Bible) and we will project scriptures on the monitors.

• NO offering trays will be passed. Upon entering the church, you will be alerted where/how to give your tithes and offerings. You will still be able to give online.

• NO communion trays will be passed. Upon entering the church, you will be advised where to pick up your communion cup/kit.

• NO food or drink will be distributed to anyone. The water fountains will not be available (you may bring your own water).

Church Street Family, this is our projected plan for gathering again in-person. However, we will be guided by science and facts, should we need to make an adjustment in this projected plan. Thanks for your continuing faithful connectivity with your church family! Looking forward to seeing you (as you feel comfortable) during our phased reopening, beginning in July and August.
